Requirements

1. University degree in the field of computer science and/or 5 years experience in management team
2. Experience in managing people management
3. Familiarity with IT System
4. Extensive experience with enterprises IT security in banking industry, especially related to access management area of focus
5. Working experience with IDM process and IDM audits and assessments
6. Familiarity with IT Banking SDLC
7. Working technical knowledge of AIM, Cyber Ark and ADUC

Responsibilities\:

1. Developing, implementing and maintaining the information and cybersecurity strategy, and supporting policies, standards and guidelines in support of the Banks business and operational objectives and initiatives;
2. Ensuring the Groups information and cybersecurity risk management program is in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices;
3. Conducting information and cybersecurity training and awareness
4. Support execution of DLP strategies and initiatives according to the DLP roadmap.
5. Investigate and escalate DLP incidents in accordance to the DLP incident response and handling procedures
6. Reviewing, assessing and validating the information and cybersecurity control environment and identifying gaps and areas for improvement;
7. Assessing and approving deviations from the policies, standards and guidelines raised by the BUs and SUs; and
8. Maintaining appropriate contacts with the regulators and industry bodies for cybersecurity matters and information sharing, including cybersecurity incident notification and updates
9. Responsible as the document controller of ISMS standard with the scope of controlling documents, distributing documents, withdrawing documents that have undergone revision, stamping document codes, providing document numbering, ensuring the latest outstanding documents, updating document lists and records if there are additions.
10. Responsible as the internal audit coordinator which related to ISMS scope
