Senior Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage operational SOPs across the organization.
• Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of SOPs.
• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
• Design and monitor KPIs to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of ongoing projects and provide regular status reports.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the team to achieve project goals.
• Prepare reports on project progress, team performance, and KPI achievements.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage communication and coordination with project teams and stakeholders.
• Provide quick and effective responses to partner or stakeholder requests.
• Be ready to take on and manage new projects based on company needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience, with a preference for experience in project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Proven leadership and managerial abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to partner or stakeholder requests.
• Experience or involvement in PRAKERJA Program processes is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
