Your main duties in flying with us:
Analyze development needsConduct extensive competitive product evaluations and analysisGather user/ customers feedback to deeply understand their needsPrioritize product roadmap and own the product requirements flowing from customer needsWrite clear, concise product requirements and user storiesLead agile product development process including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization sessions, and daily stand-upsManage various products independentlyEvangelize ideas that solve real customer problemsCollaborate with technology, trade partnership, operation, and marketing to craft solutions to customer needsCollaborate with other product teams to sync the release plan and deliver the best experience for our customersReview user stories to ensure that the delivery is the same as initial requirementsRapidly formulate concrete features that address needs and requirements expressed by internal users and customersDocument product functionality and communicate to usersReview scenario tests for the improvements, features, and projects to ensure that the delivery is the same as initial requirementsCreate and track metrics to define the success of the initiative and inform future improvementsSet product strategy, plan short-term, and long-term product improvements to meet business goals, and measure success Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
Passion for a product management role with more than 5 years of experience in Product ManagementBachelors degree or equivalent (preferably in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields).A “can do” spirit combined with high energies, drive, and a positive attitudeGood problem-solving skillsExcellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
