Senior Staff Accounting Finance

Qualifications:

1. Possess at least a bachelors degree in economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (working experience in a Manufacturing Company is a plus).
3. Understand the basic cycle processes in company operations (Revenue Cycle, Operating Cycle).
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office.
5. Required Skill(s): Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.

• Able to make daily transaction journal.
• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices.
• Knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations.
• Ability to create and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
• Experience with ERP software, Accurate Software familiarity is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, accurate in detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Possess an honest, disciplined, ability to take initiative, professional and independent attitude.
• Willing to work on Monday - Friday (full day), Saturday (half day).
• ⁠Willing to be place in Pluit area (14450).

Responsibilities:

Finance Function:

• Maintain and arrange transfers or other banking transactions between bank accounts as needed.
• Prepare payments of employees wages and salaries.
• Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow and ensure the cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.

Accounting Function:

• Coordinate with the team and manage all phases of Accounts Payable, Receivable and department budget.
• Coordinate with the team to prepare, reconcile, and issue bills, journal entries, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
• Review the Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) Aging reports on a daily basis. 
• Coordinate with the team to follow up the outstanding Bill and/or Invoices.
• Manage the tax compliance process and ensure compliance to Indonesia Tax Regulations.
• Produce and analyse monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Create/Analyze COGM (Cost of Goods Manufacturing), COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and Cost Efficiency.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Verify inventory data documents.
• Interact with our contract consultants (tax, accounting services and other stakeholders) on an ongoing basis.
