Server

We are looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Server.As a Server at The Forge Gastropub Bali, you will play a key role in delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests through exceptional service, product knowledge, and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service to guests

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar

• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service

• Handle guest concerns or requests in a professional manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a server or in a similar customer service role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and strong work ethic
