Service Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager located in Koja. The Service Manager will be responsible for :
Overseeing and manage the daily operations of the service department
Leading service mechanic team
Managing repair schedules
Coordinating with the spare part team
Ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain service quality standards
The Service Manager will also work closely with customers to address service inquiries and issues, while striving to improve service processes and efficiency
Qualifications
Experience in managing service operations and team coordination
5+ years experience in related position
Ability to resolve service issues effectively
Knowledge of dump truck maintenance and repair is a must
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelors degree in related field
