Service Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager located in Koja. The Service Manager will be responsible for :

  • Overseeing and manage the daily operations of the service department

  • Leading service mechanic team

  • Managing repair schedules

  • Coordinating with the spare part team

  • Ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain service quality standards

  • The Service Manager will also work closely with customers to address service inquiries and issues, while striving to improve service processes and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing service operations and team coordination

  • 5+ years experience in related position

  • Ability to resolve service issues effectively

  • Knowledge of dump truck maintenance and repair is a must

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelors degree in related field
