Shadow Teacher

• Providing individualised support and one-on-one attention to students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborating closely with classroom teachers to implement personalised learning strategies and interventions
• Fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes student engagement and confidence
• Monitoring student progress and communicating regularly with parents and the teaching team
• Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies
• Actively contributing to the overall school community and its initiatives

Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in Education or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Shadow Teacher or in a similar support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of diverse learning styles and needs
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• A passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our students
