Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a B2B e-commerce platform whose investment base originates from Singapore and is located in Jakarta, Indonesia, was founded in 2022. We are expanding our team in the Die-cast Model Car Toys industry and looking for a Short Video Editor to create engaging, high-quality content, handle editing, and enhance brand presence across digital platforms. This position is specifically for our Die-cast Model Car Toys Project

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos for alloy car model toys and trendy toys, ensuring content aligns with Indonesian market trends and cultural elements.
  • Develop engaging scripts, storyboards, and integrate brand messaging to enhance awareness and product appeal.
  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), including content scheduling, engagement strategies, and follower growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and maintain strong audience interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with campaigns and coordinate with influencers for co-created content.
  • Stay updated on video and social media trends, experimenting with styles to create standout content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Media, or related fields is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in video content creation or editing, with toys/skincare/makeup/fashion/baby and mom industry background.
  • Proven ability to create viral video content, supported by a portfolio showcasing diverse styles and successful cases.
  • Proficiency in professional video editing software, with strong storytelling and design skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Great proficiency in English
  • Passion for toys and creativity, with adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
