Social Media and Content Creator

Summary

This is a Social Media and Content Creator role, working underneath the Marketing Manager, promoting the Studio, Retail, and Memberships. Alongside close interaction with the studio Head Teacher, Graphic Designer, General Manager, Community and Relations Lead, and Operations Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

Social Media Management

• Draft, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Respond to comments and DMs in a Studio Fondue voice.
• Communicate fluently in English with influencers and collaborators via Instagram and WhatsApp.
• Maintain a clear, consistent content calendar.

Content Creation

• Film, capture, and organize photos and videos during Studio Fondue classes.
• Collect content from team members and creators, and organise on Google Drive.
• Edit short-form videos for Reels using CapCut.
• Contribute fresh ideas for content, campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Graphic Design

• Support with basic graphic design and visual content (both static and video).

Campaign Support

• Assist with the rollout of social media campaigns.
• Ensure all campaign assets are shared and posted on time.

Community & Event Support

• Attend select events to capture behind-the-scenes content for social media.

Skills Required

• Confidence capturing content (video and photography) in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Proficient in CapCut, Google Drive, Canva, and social tools.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency, including design visuals.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Comfortable communicating with clients in a brand-aligned tone.
• Language: ENGLISH
