• Write compelling scripts, captions, headlines, and hooks that capture audience attention within the first few seconds.

• Use data-driven insights to analyze content performance and continuously optimize future content strategies.

• Edit videos using mobile apps like CapCut, Canva, or similar tools while ensuring high visual appeal.

• Design simple but effective graphics using Canva or equivalent tools to support video content.

• Be comfortable appearing on camera as a talent when needed to enhance engagement.

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adapt strategies to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, media, agency, or creative industries.

• Proven experience in creating high-performing short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) with strong engagement.

• Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills - able to craft compelling captions, scripts, headlines, and hooks.

• Strong visual sense and basic graphic design skills (Canva or equivalent tools).

• Proficiency in video editing using mobile apps like CapCut, Canva, or similar.

• Understanding of social media trends and algorithms, with the ability to optimize content for virality.

• Comfortable appearing on camera if required for content engagement.

• Strong analytical mindset - ability to track, analyze, and improve content performance using social media insights.
