Sous Chef / Chef de Partie

Requirement            :

-       Male / Female min. 25 years old

-       Experience in related position min. 2 years

-       Well groom, discipline, and responsible

-       Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure

-       Understand and able to supervise and evaluate team performance

-       Understand and able to implementation Standart Operations Procedure (SOP), Quality Control (QC), and time management

-       Have a good knowledge in inventory and part-stock system

-       Have a good attitude and able to work under pressure

Responsibility           :

-       Implementation of Standart Operations Procedure (SOP)

-       Customer satisfication and complain problem-solving

-       Product quality control, inventory stock and kitchen asset

-       Team performance evaluation
