T-Rec aims to create a multi-platform focused on industries utilizing field teams and aspires to grow across Southeast Asia.

Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Lead Marketing professional to drive customer acquisition, increase product awareness, and enhance user engagement for our SaaS solutions. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, manage the marketing team, and collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelors degree

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech.

• Proven success in running marketing campaigns that generate leads and product awareness.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing analytics.

• Experience working closely with Sales and Product teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategies.

• Leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.

• English Proficiency
