Staff Data Analyst

Job Description:

- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and insights.

- Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

- Analyze complex data sets using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

- Present actionable findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders through clear reports and visualizations.

- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and support their decision-making processes.

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and propose solutions to business challenges.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related analytical field.

- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst (Fresh graduates with strong analytical portfolios are also welcome to apply).

- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages databases (e.g., SQL), and programming (e.g., Python, R).

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is a strong plus.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta. (WFO System)
