1. General Technical Skills Basic Operating System knowledge (Windows & Linux): Installing and configuring OS, Troubleshooting system performance or startup issues, Using command line (Linux): cd, ls, sudo, nano, chmod, systemctl, docker, Installing and updating drivers, firmware, and BIOS, Software installation and license activation

2. Network Fundamentals Basic network setup and configuration: IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, gateway, NAT, Setting up Wi-Fi routers, switches, and access points, Network troubleshooting tools: ping, tracert, ipconfig / ifconfig, nslookup, Understanding LAN topology (basic knowledge of VLAN is a plus)

3. ERP Odoo (Basic User + Junior Admin) Navigating core modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.), Creating and managing users and their access rights, Understanding access control: record rules and user roles, Monitoring logs or user activity via Odoo UI, Optional (but helpful): restarting Docker containers or Odoo services

4. Google Workspace Support Adding/removing users and resetting passwords, Managing groups and aliases, Troubleshooting Gmail and app access on desktop/mobile devices, Managing file sharing and permissions in Google Drive, Awareness of basic security features: 2FA, device management

5. Office Equipment & Peripherals Setup and maintenance of: Printers (local and network) Scanners, copiers, and projectors, IP cameras (basic setup and access), Connecting and troubleshooting devices on the network, Resolving common errors (paper jams, driver issues, IP conflicts)

6. Soft Skills & Work Habits Maintaining documentation (user logins, network maps, IP lists), Communicating with vendors or external technical support, Basic English (ability to understand technical manuals and interfaces), Proactive attitude, neat and organized approach to tasks
