Staff IT System Integration and Development

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Staff IT System Integration and Development to join our team at PT Berlian Manyar Sejahtera. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for integrating and developing IT systems to support the companys operations in Gresik, East Java. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of our technology infrastructure.

What youll be doing

1. Analyse, design, develop and implement IT systems to meet the business requirements

2. Integrate various IT components and applications to create a cohesive and streamlined technology environment

3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring optimal system performance

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative technology solutions

5. Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry

7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and procedures

What were looking for

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT system integration and development

3. Strong understanding of full stack programming, programming languages, databases, and network technologies

4. Proficient in software development methodologies and project management

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills

8. Familiarity with the IT industry and regulations in Indonesia
