Job Descriptions:
- Prepare project concepts and new business proposals to superiors using the prior analysis.
- Carry out due diligence to assess the feasibility of a business/collaboration opportunity (for example: market research, location surveys, business presentations, feasibility studies, financial projection calculations, benchmarking, etc.).
- Prepare pre-development activities (TOR for consultants, consultant tender process).
- Approach new potential business partners and investment opportunities in Indonesia to create effective synergy with the core business in order to develop the land bank.
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments from superiors related to research and analysis that can help decision making and company business development.
- Lead, direct, and develop teams including managing, evaluating, and coaching.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Management, Business, or Finance, or related major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property developer or related fields.
- Great communication & coordination skill.
- Business acumen.
- Negotiation skill.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
