QUALIFICATIONS

1. Can sell.

2. Minimum 3 years experience in sales supervisor position.

3. Strong leadership skill.

4. Minimum bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

5. Must own a personal car.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Achieve team sales targets.

2. Control and monitor from monthly to daily activities & sales reports.

3. Conduct monthly SKU sales reviews.

4. Provide & execute sales strategies to sales members.

5. Building great relationships with Pareto customers.
