Zettabyte is a software development company that focuses on the education sector. We work together with our multicultural team from our offices in Singapore, Bali, Yogyakarta, Paris, and Madagascar to create and produce tools that increase the quality of life for anyone who is involved in the education sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related field

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in the tech industry

  • Have experience or interest in employee training and development

  • Understanding of KPI management and performance evaluation frameworks (point plus)

  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance

  • Good command of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Canva

  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently

  • Able to work on-site in Yogyakarta

  • Can join immediately or as soon as possible

Responsibility:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding) for various roles, especially in tech.

  • Build and maintain a strong employer branding presence across online platforms

  • Maintain and update employee data through spreadsheets and dashboards

  • Monitor employee well-being and support retention strategies

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including for remote and international employees

  • Develop and manage partnerships with external talent sources

  • Prepare and manage HR documents and coordinate with other departments as needed
