Talent Development Officer
Job description
Analyze organizational and individual needs to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
Develop talent management programs, including succession planning and career path development.
Develop and implement performance management systems that align with organizational goals.
Provide consultation and coaching to leaders and teams on organizational development issues.
Qualifications
A masters degree in industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology
Min 1 year experience in the industrial field, preferably in Organizational Development or Talent/Career Development
Have the ability to read and interpret psychological test tools
Mastering BEI and CBI techniques
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
Willing to do extra miles
