Talent Development Officer

Job description

  • Analyze organizational and individual needs to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.

  • Develop talent management programs, including succession planning and career path development.

  • Develop and implement performance management systems that align with organizational goals.

  • Provide consultation and coaching to leaders and teams on organizational development issues.

Qualifications

  • A masters degree in industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology

  • Min 1 year experience in the industrial field, preferably in Organizational Development or Talent/Career Development

  • Have the ability to read and interpret psychological test tools

  • Mastering BEI and CBI techniques

  • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Willing to do extra miles
