Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about managing timelines in a fast-paced digital environment? Were looking for a Traffic Project Coordinator to join our growing digital agency!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of projects across internal departments (creative, content, performance, etc.)

  • Ensure that timelines, deliverables, and priorities are clearly tracked and met

  • Monitor project schedules and provide regular updates to stakeholders

  • Identify and help resolve any project-related bottlenecks or issues

  • Assist with data tracking, reporting, and resource allocation

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or freelance experience in a digital agency is a plus

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management

  • Comfortable working with data and basic project tracking tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, or similar)
