Happy Trails! Asia is an eco-tourism and passionate Destination Management Company (DMC). We operate tours to Indonesia, Bali, Malaysia, Borneo, Singapore & Brunei. And we have offices in Bali, Java, Sumatra, Kuala Lumpur, and Borneo.

We are in search of a resourceful and detail-oriented Travel Consultant with excellent customer service skills to join our rapidly growing and expanding company.

Profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Inbound Tour Operator or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent command of spoken & written English.
• Good command of German/Dutch is a great competitive advantage.
• Familiarity with domestic travel destinations, reservations, and quotations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Based in Sanur, Bali.

What youll be doing:

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible to communicate with clients, handle all request, questions, and provide tourism-related services.

• Preparing (tailor-made) tour quotations based on requests.
• Responding to all clients inquiries and give the best options of travel services.
• Coordinate with related departments to execute bookings and payments.
• Ensure the smooth execution of travel arrangements and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
