UI/UX Designer - Jakarta (Hybrid/ Remote)

Were looking for a UI/UX Designer to help shape the look, feel, and flow of ENBOQ. Our fast-growing, gamified employee onboarding platform. Youll be working at the heart of a high-speed startup, where your design decisions have direct impact and your ideas are not only welcomed but expected.

In this role, youll be responsible for translating product ideas into beautiful, user-friendly interfaces using Figma. Youll also support with document and asset design using Adobe tools, helping us create a consistent brand experience across everything we share with clients. Most importantly, youll look at everything through the eyes of the end user: Is it clear? Is it engaging? Is it easy? Is it fun?

This isnt a design role where youll tweak the corners of existing templates. Its a role where youll help build the visual identity of the product from the ground up with full creative input, a lot of room to experiment, and a fast-moving team to back you up.

We prefer candidates based in Jakarta, but remote applications will also be considered for the right person.

• Design intuitive, playful, and scalable UI/UX experiences across the ENBOQ platform using Figma

• Create internal and client-facing visual assets and documents using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

• Work closely with our product and dev teams to rapidly iterate on concepts and improve user flows

• Actively give input on usability, interaction design, and user journeys

• Analyze how users interact with the product and propose improvements that make things clearer, more exciting, and more usable

• Help shape and protect the visual language of the ENBOQ brand

• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within a startup environment

• Excellent skills in Figma

• Experience designing assets in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

• Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced setting

• Clear communicator with a proactive mindset

• Experience working cross-functionally with product and development teams

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Based in Jakarta (preferred)
