Waiter / Waitress

About the role

This is a full-time role as a Waiter/Waitress at 2080 Burger, a leading restaurant in the Badung Bali area. As part of the Hospitality & Tourism industry, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

What youll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers upon arrival

• Taking customer orders and communicating these to the kitchen team

• Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner

• Ensuring tables are clean, well-stocked and ready for the next customers

• Handling cash and card payments for orders

• Providing recommendations on menu items and assisting customers with their selections

• Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any concerns

• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area

What were looking for

• Previous experience working as a Waiter/Waitress in a hospitality or customer service role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

• Flexible and adaptable to handle changing customer needs

• Good numeracy skills for handling cash and card transactions

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
