Purpose of the Role:

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for executing Clinical Trial Support (CTS) warehouse operations, including inbound goods receipt, outbound pick and pack, returns and destruction, and inventory management of clinical trial materials (CTM). The role ensures all activities meet agreed service levels and comply with GxP standards, Zuellig Pharma RQA Guidelines, and APL policies.

Expectations of the Role:

Performs the Clinical Trial Support (CTS) warehouse operations of clinical trial materials (CTM) covering key process areas:

• Inbound Goods Receipt
• Outbound Pick and Pack
• Returns and Destruction
• Inventory Management

Ensures operations able to meet the agreed service levels.

Ensures operations are compliant to applicable GxP standards, Zuellig Pharma RQA Guidelines and APL policies at all times.

Attributes Required:

Must Have:

• Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) Qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics or Physical Distribution.
• Dynamic, able to multi-task and work independently
• High sense of responsibility, quick learner and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Preferably a licensed pharmacist
• Willing to be placed at Cikarang, West Java.
