Jobdesc:

  • Merencanakan rute harian tim dengan berkoordinasi dengan PIC/RSM Penjualan PTI untuk menentukan outlet yang akan dikunjungi.
  • Memastikan tim tiba di outlet yang ditentukan tepat waktu.
  • Mengelola dan mendistribusikan stok sampel kepada anggota tim sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Mengumpulkan hasil penjualan dari anggota tim dan mencocokkannya dengan stok yang telah didistribusikan.
  • Menyelesaikan pembayaran dengan distributor setiap pagi untuk penjualan hari sebelumnya.
  • Memastikan semua produk dijual dengan harga yang sesuai.
  • Menyiapkan dan menyerahkan laporan harian, termasuk jumlah outlet yang dikunjungi, jumlah produk yang terjual, dan uang yang dikumpulkan.

Kualifikasi:

  • Berpenampilan rapi dan memiliki sikap profesional untuk mewakili merek dengan baik.
  • Minimal lulusan SMA/diploma atau setara; pendidikan yang lebih tinggi menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (motor atau mobil) & SIM aktif.
  • Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun di bidang penjualan, promosi, atau supervisi tim, diutamakan di industri FMCG atau produk tembakau.

Benefit:

  • Range Gaji Pokok 6-7 Juta
  • Tunjangan Komunikasi Pulsa : Rp. 100.000,- Perbulan
  • Kontrak PKWT (ada THR dan Kompensasi)
  • Insentif ada jika achieve target.
