Job Title: IT Analyst

Employment Type: Contract (6 months, extendable)

Location: Jakarta (Full WFO)

Job Description:

1. Actively contribute to aligning the development of IT system administration and asset management, ensuring systems meet business needs and operational goals.
2. Analyze trends and procurement data, including monitoring IT budget utilization to support informed decision-making and cost efficiency.
3. Coordinate initiatives related to the execution of IT administrative and asset management activities to enhance cross-department engagement and operational integration.
4. Collaborate closely with internal IT teams and relevant departments to ensure effective and efficient end-to-end processes, including request handling, procurement, payment, and budget usage.
5. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports related to IT assets, procurement status, budget utilization, and other administrative activities to support transparency, tracking, and strategic planning.

Skill Requirements:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
2. Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
3. Basic understanding of the procurement flow for goods/services (PR, PO, Payment) and budget cycles.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
