Account Manager - Sales
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree from a reputable university in any major.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT sales (B2B/B2G), preferably in Government, Financial, or Banking sectors.
Strong ability to sell IT products (Software/Hardware).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan and strategize.
Experience handling accounts/databases is a plus.
Self-driven, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues.
Own and manage client contracts, including renewals and negotiations.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to company revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships in target markets.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with client deliverables.
Approve change orders and invoices, as well as handle payment collections.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure project success.
