Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the architecture office by managing administration, project documentation, scheduling, and internal as well as external communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project documents, correspondence, and filing.
Organize meeting schedules, agendas, and team coordination.
Assist with project administration such as tenders, contracts, and reports.
Handle office operational needs (supplies, simple finance, etc.).
Act as a communication liaison between architects, clients, and vendors.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in administration (preferably in architecture/consulting/construction).
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and proactive.
