Admin Finance
Key Responsibilities (Job Description):
- Perform basic bookkeeping, including managing journals, ledgers, and the general ledger.
- Manage petty cash and ensure the accuracy of its records. - Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) processes from invoice creation to payment receipt recording.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoice verification and payment scheduling. - Assist in understanding and applying basic corporate taxation (e.g., VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23) in daily tasks.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data input and processing. - Prepare simple financial reports and support reporting processes. - Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications (Requirements):
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelors (S1) degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 months of experience in an Admin Finance role or similar, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (financial functions and formulas).
- Familiar with accounting/financial software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Possess a basic understanding of corporate taxation (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23).
- Able to work with detail, meticulously, and possess high integrity.
- Good communication skills, capable of coordinating with various departments.
- Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- English language proficiency (verbal and written) is a plus.
