About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration & Accounting professional to join our team at Chora Restaurant and Bar in Bali. This full-time role will see you providing essential administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our thriving restaurant and bar.

• Handling all administrative tasks including managing correspondence, filing, and general office organisation
• Maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with bookkeeping and accounting
• Providing customer service to our guests and suppliers, handling enquiries and resolving issues
• Supporting the management team with ad‑hoc projects and tasks as required
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

• Proven experience in a similar administrative or accounting role, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A flexible and proactive approach to work
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
