Administrative Assistant
About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at PT Linkmet Controls Indonesia in West Jakarta. This full-time role will provide crucial administrative support to our dynamic organisation, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
What youll be doing
1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to management and colleagues,
2. Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as weekly reports, filing, data entry, preparing technical documentation reports, vendor registration, translation from Bahasa to English and managing correspondence
3. Manage end-to-end logistics coordination, acting as the key contact between customers and the Singapore head office.
4. Ensure filing systems are well maintained and up to date (physical and digital).
5. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
What were looking for
1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
2. Able to communicate & write English
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanour
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
6. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
7. Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
8. Basic knowledge in import/export procedures will be helpful
