Area Manager
What youll be doing
Lead and manage sales activities within the assigned area to achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to strengthen product positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.
Ensure team performance by coaching, motivating, and supporting field staff.
Report regularly to management on area performance and progress.
What were looking for
Bachelors degree in any major.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Area Manager in pharmaceutical marketing.
Professional, neat, and attractive appearance.
Possess a valid A or C drivers license.
Passionate about fieldwork, quick to adapt, confident, energetic, and communicative.
Willing to comply with company policies and requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
