HR & GA Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HRGA Manager to join our team. In this full-time position based in Malang, East Java, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, general affairs, training, people development, and management relations for our operations.

What youll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies to attract, develop, and retain top talent

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and termination

• Maintaining harmonious relationships with all employees

• Coordinate general affairs functions such as facilities management, procurement, and administrative support

• Analyse HR and GA metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with the companys strategic objectives

• Mentor and develop the HR and GA teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What were looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR or HRGA Manager role, preferably within the FnB Management

• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and use insights to drive continuous improvement

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
