About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Sewu Segar Nusantara (Gunung Sewu Group). As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance in Semarang, Central Java.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the FMCG or distribution industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of sales management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with the modern markets is highly desirable
  • Willing to be based in Semarang, Central Java.
