About the Perusahaan:

Pandum Parahita Lestantun is the FMCG distribution and operational subsidiary of YOKULAK, responsible for supporting daily distribution activities to traditional retail stores in Indonesia.

Our business handles fast-moving consumer goods with high transaction frequency, rapid inventory turnover, and operational activities involving purchasing, warehousing, sales distribution, delivery, receivables, and financial reconciliation.

As part of daily operations, the Perusahaan manages:

- High-volume sales and purchasing transactions

- Inventory movement across warehouse and delivery operations

- Supplier and customer payment flows

- Operational cost control

- Tax and financial administration related to FMCG distribution activities

The working environment is operationally intensive and requires accuracy, discipline, coordination, and strong attention to detail. This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working close to real operational business processes rather than purely administrative office work.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

We are looking for an Accounting & Tax Staff to support daily accounting, finance administration, and tax processes related to the Perusahaan’s FMCG distribution operations.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Semarang. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing journal entries, handling tax administration, reconciling operational transactions, and supporting reporting accuracy across purchasing, sales, inventory, and operational activities.

The role requires strong discipline in documentation and the ability to work closely with warehouse, purchasing, sales, and operational teams in a fast-moving business environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries and accounting records

- Perform reconciliations for sales, purchasing, inventory, cash, and operational transactions

- Support monthly and periodic financial closing processes

- Handle routine tax administration and reporting

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and Indonesian tax regulations

- Assist in preparing financial statements and operational finance reports

- Verify transaction accuracy related to inventory movement and operational activities

- Process and analyze financial data using accounting software and spreadsheets

- Support internal control, documentation, and filing processes

- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure transaction and reporting accuracy

Job Specifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

- Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance processes

- Able to prepare journal entries and perform reconciliations accurately

- Comfortable working with accounting software and spreadsheets

- Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined in handling routine administrative work

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Able to work collaboratively in an operational work environment

- Brevet A & B certification is an advantage

- Experience in FMCG, retail, wholesale, or distribution businesses is a plus
