Job Description
As a Pre-Sales Specialist (Associate), you will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to understand client needs, design solutions, and prepare proposals that win deals. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and solution-oriented thinking.
Responsibilities
Gather and document client business requirements through meetings and discussions.
Assist in designing solutions that meet customer needs and align with LinkIT360 capabilities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and professional presentations.
Support product demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution walkthroughs.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
Conduct research on market trends and competitor offerings.
Provide technical support during the sales cycle until deal closure.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Business Analysis.
Basic understanding of IT systems, APIs, and system integration.
Strong communication and presentation skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly.
Proficient in preparing presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Collaborative, proactive, and willing to learn.
