B2B Partnerhsip Executive

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow B2B partnerships (Modern Trade & Resellers) to meet sales targets.

Identify and onboard new partners for long-term collaboration.

Conduct store visits to ensure product availability and visibility.

Analyze sales, market trends, and competitors to improve strategies.

Work with Marketing, Creative, Finance, and Warehouse teams for smooth execution.

Monitor sales performance and provide reports with improvement suggestions.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelors degree in a related field.

1+ year experience in B2B sales (Modern Trade/Reseller).

Proven sales track record.

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Commonly in cross-functional collaboration.

Proactive, target goal-driven.

Willing to travel across JABODETABEK and other areas.
