·       Prepare daily cash flow reports and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.

·       Process daily banking transactions including vendor payments, tax payments, customer refunds, and inter-division transfers.

·       Monitor bank accounts daily and manage relationships with banking partners.

·       Execute FX transactions for international payments and receipts, hedging the foreign currency exposure on purchase/sales orders, maintaining accurate records of contracts and settlements.

·       Track and review bank charges to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.

·       Liaise with banks and internal teams to streamline processes, ensure smooth cash management, and handle documentation such as KYC, authorized signatory updates, approval matrix, and bank token issuance.
