BRMS Hiring: Business Development & Improvement Intern

Job Overview:

Support the team in data collection, data updating, and report preparation activities related to Perusahaan performance and operations. This role also involves assisting in compiling information from various stakeholders, maintaining performance databases, and helping prepare reports and simple analytics dashboards on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong ability to work with numerical and narrative data accurately and systematically.
• Good organizational skills, work planning, and high attention to detail.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic dashboard or reporting tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to support report writing and documentation in a professional setting.
• Good written communication and reporting skills.
• Adaptable, communicative, and open to feedback and continuous learning.
• Able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and work both independently and in a team.
• Interested in learning business processes and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Available for a full-time 3 months internship placement in Jakarta.
