Business Development Manager for Contract Logistics (3PL)
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Kamadjaja Logistics as a Business Development Manager for Contract Logistics (3PL). You will play a key role in driving the companys growth and expansion in the warehousing, storage and distribution sector. As a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for securing new clients and managing existing customer relationships to deliver strategic business outcomes.
What youll be doing
Actively identify, prospect and engage with potential clients to understand their logistics needs
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to win new contract logistics business
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximise customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborate closely with operations and other internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of logistics solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Provide strategic input to the leadership team on growth initiatives and new service offerings
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
What were looking for
Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in the logistics/supply chain industry
Strong understanding of contract logistics (3PL) services and the ability to craft customised solutions
Proven track record of winning new business and maintaining long-term client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared objectives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field
Will be placed in South Jakarta
