The role is responsible for driving growth and expanding packaging product category by identifying new market opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and develop strategies that align with Jet's values of excellence and innovation, ensuring sustainable growth and a reputation for delivering quality and value.

Sales
· Maintain expert-level knowledge of Jet Technologies' products, markets, and value proposition
· Have a complete understanding of everything Jet Technologies is doing for the customer
· Use efficient prospecting to identify a pipeline of leads
· Build and leverage a network of industry, customer, and supplier contacts
· Identify customer goals, objectives, strategy and buying motivations
· Know the customer's business. Be the “trusted advisor”. Solve problems and deliver innovation
· Utilise facts, knowledge, experience, and emotional appeal to secure sales
· Respond constructively to objections, conflict, and disagreement
· Focus on achieving margin and profitability, not just gross revenue
· Document sales with clear written agreements and quotes
Supplier Management
· Educate suppliers and partners about Jet Technologies' market, strategy, customers, and expectations
· Help suppliers and partners know how to improve their services/products, and meet Jet Technologies' needs
· Provide suppliers and partners with timely feedback on their products
· Understand supplier/partner products and business sufficient to represent them professionally
· Build relationships with suppliers/partners through regular face to face and telephone contact
· Help suppliers/partners grow their business
