Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor degree, major in Accounting or Finance

• Have 2 or more years of related work experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft office

• Have good personality & communication skill

• Experience in ISO 9001 & 14001

• Knowledge Management Database

Tasks & responsibilities

• Record all transactions (cash, bank, A/R, tax) into proper accounts and in timely basis

• Assist superiors in preparing costing calculations

• Prepare monthly tax report (PPN, PPh23, PPh4(2),PPh25) in time

• Assist to prepare Procedures and SOP in the FAT Department

• Assist to collect data for audit purposes if any

• Perform reconciliation balance sheet accounts between G/L and Sub G/L (cash, A/R, accrual,tax)

• Do annual inventory count
