Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cashier role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Cashier is responsible for processing customer payments accurately, handling cash and electronic transactions, issuing receipts, and maintaining an organized cash drawer. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests warmly, checking them in and out, confirming services received, and explaining pricing or promotions as needed. The role also involves coordinating with barbers and front-of-house staff to manage waiting lists, appointments, and walk-ins, while helping keep the reception area clean and welcoming. The Cashier will assist with basic administrative duties such as daily sales reconciliation, reporting discrepancies, and supporting inventory or retail product sales at the front desk.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including professional communication, active listening, and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills, with accuracy in processing cash, card, and digital payments and reconciling daily sales.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and comfort learning new software tools for booking and billing.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage check-ins, queues, and payments in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail to ensure correct pricing, service verification, and error-free receipts and reports.
• Reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, integrity in handling money, and adherence to Perusahaan policies.
• Ability to work on-site full time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or front-desk roles is preferred; grooming or salon experience is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; conversational proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required, and basic English is a plus.
