Judul pekerjaan: Procurement Executive

Lokasi: Bintan, Indonesia

Direct Manager: Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential suppliers for materials, equipment, and services based on business requirements.
• Prepare and manage RFQs (Request for Quotation) and conduct quotation comparisons.
• Support supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance monitoring activities.
• Assist in price negotiations and commercial discussions with suppliers.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supplier database and procurement records.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, Engineering, and other departments to understand sourcing requirements.
• Support contract review and procurement documentation processes.
• Participate in supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with Perusahaan policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 (one) year of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain activities.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency or other languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to analyze quotations, supplier data, and procurement costs.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
