This Posisi will support daily operations by managing a wide range of administrative, financial, and logistical tasks. This role involves coordinating office activities, handling documentation and records, supporting staff needs, and assisting cross-department functions to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and maintain timelines for all ongoing projects to ensure timely execution
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the completeness and accuracy of all project documentation
  • Collect project-related records and promptly inform the team of customer requests, inquiries, and complaints for follow-up actions
  • Handle all administrative requirements, including preparation and management of letters and related documents, accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to support billing processes in accordance with project terms
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and well-organized documentation for each project
  • Ensure partner-related documentation is complete and properly filed for each fiscal year
  • Maintain a neat and systematic filing system for all project documents, both physical and digital
  • Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Office Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project administration, administrative support, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills with high attention to detail
  • Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a structured and systematic manner
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle administrative tasks accurately
  • Willing to perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
