Corporate Legal Specialist

Ensuring the companys legal compliance, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing legal advice regarding business operations.

Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.• Provide legal advice to management regarding business operations, company policies and relevant legal regulations.• Ensure that the company complies with applicable regulations, including laws and regulations in the fields of corporations, employment, taxation and business licensing.• Manage company legalities, including business permits and other legal documents.• Coordinate with external parties such as notaries, lawyers, regulators and government agencies regarding the companys legal interests.• Handle and resolve legal issues that arise, including litigation or legal disputes involving the company.• Conduct legal research and analysis of new policies or regulations that may impact the company.• Assist in the preparation of internal company policies so that they are in line with applicable legal provisions.• Manage and document all company legal documents neatly and safely.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Law, preferably PERADI certification.• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the field of corporate law, legal compliance, or related field.• Understand business legal regulations, contracts and applicable laws and regulations.• Have strong legal analysis skills and good communication.• Experienced in handling company permits and other legalities.• Able to work independently or in a team.• Thorough, detailed and has high integrity in work.
