Onyx Park Resort is seeking a strong and commercially minded Director of Culinary to lead and shape the overall culinary direction of the resort. • Full oversight of culinary operations across all outlets.
• Development and execution Onyx's culinary direction and dining concepts.

• Manage food cost, labor cost, and kitchen productivity in line with financial targets.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to support operational and commercial objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of progressively culinary experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in managing multiple outlets within a hotel, resort, or luxury properties.
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and financial performance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
