Job Scope and Responsibility:

Managing large scale campaigns and delivering performance with an emphasis on maximizing ROI and scaling ad spend efficiently.

Requirements :

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing.

• Deep knowledge of campaign funnel mechanics, multi-channel strategies, and audience segmentation

• Understanding of customer lifecycle and product-market fit.

• Familiar with co-marketing strategies, vertical targeting, and product bundling logic.

• Expertise in end-to-end campaign management.

• Skilled in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user flow design.

• Advanced analytical proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and spreadsheet-based modeling.

• Experienced in briefing creative/content teams, conducting QA, and managing execution across cross-functional stakeholders.
