The Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is currently looking for Director of Engineering for Four Seasons Resorts Bali.
This Posisi reports to Resort Manager, Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay.
This Posisi will responsible for managing and overseeing all operations and aspects of the engineering department, hiring and training new team members, and coordinating and leading engineering projects at Four Seasons Jimbaran and Four Seasons Sayan.
The primary responsibilities for this Posisi will be for managing the department's budgeting and financing, evaluate the performance of team members, implement new technologies that can improve business performance, and implement engineering best practices, processes, and goals.
The job is to ensure engineering projects are executed successfully and timely and that all operations and activities within the engineering departments run smoothly.
What you will do:
We are looking for individuals who have strong leadership and able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, and can evidence having a solid work ethic, good business acumen, a passion for service and people-management skills. A creative mind with a passion to be ahead of trends is essential. This Posisi requires a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and be visible in the operation during key events and operational needs. Some travels may be required.
