E-Commerce Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities: - Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products. - Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly. - Oversee order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping. - Optimize shipping methods and carrier relationships to minimize costs and delivery times. - Implement efficient warehouse layout and workflows to streamline operations. - Resolve any issues related to shipping delays, damages, or lost packages. - Develop and maintain excellent customer service standards. - Ensure the ecommerce platform is functioning smoothly and efficiently. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce platform management. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Use insights to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or related field- Proven experience in ecommerce operations management, preferably in a retail, consumer goods, or FnB Industry- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in inventory management systems and ecommerce platforms.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- CAN JOIN ASAP
